We love the emerging coffee scene in Columbus– and we’re excited that local media is taking notice too. Experience Columbus wrapped up their Coffee Week earlier this month. Here are some of the highlights:
“The best cup of coffee is the cup you love.” Mark explains why he thinks Columbus is ripe for the coffee renaissance that is beginning around town.
Look for: a shout-out to Jeni Britton-Bauer for “starting the creativity and risk taking” with her ingenious flavor combinations.
A tour-de-bean, mostly featuring Short North stops. A great showcase of local roasters and cafes.
Look for: Our Short North location. Customize the itinerary to add our German Village flagship store and our incredible Grandview roasters Stauf’s
A common misconception is that iced coffee is merely regular coffee over ice. But it is so much more. Check out this list of cold brews around town and taste the difference.
Look for: When Experience Columbus calls our iced toddy “smooth, rich and utterly delicious.”
For the out-of-town crowd, this coffee map is brilliant. We hope to see even more people leaving behind the convention center styrofoam cups and in-room stale coffee options to explore what the Columbus coffee scene really has to offer.
Look for: Our Short North location again. We are delighted to serve to the visitors from the convention center, hotels, and the many guests of Nationwide around the corner. Our downtown location is also walkable from many hotels.
ComFest is upon us, Columbus. There are many things to remember about the “party with a purpose,” here are a few of the essentials:

Fall is the season for warm and delicious.
Columbus may have jumped from winter straight to summer this year, but there can be no doubt that fall has arrived. And with the turning leaves and crisp breeze, Joe Pumpkin has returned. Columbus coffee lovers have long applauded the delicious combo of rich Cup O Joe espresso, silky steamed milk and house-made Joe Pumpkin. Topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a light drizzling of caramel, it is easily the king of fall drinks.
