One
of the traditional shipping centers for coffees from Africa was Moka
(Mocca), on the Southwest corner of the Arabian Peninsula. A stop on
the Dutch trade route to Indonesia, this oldest of blends certainly
stems from the confluence of coffees on these ships centuries ago.
Medium-full bodied, with low acidity and earthy, winey
